This article touches upon topical problems of modern medicine, representing the difficulty timely diagnosis oncological diseases arduous localization and management patients with malignant neoplasms. As an example, a clinical case primary urethral melanoma is presented, illustrating complex aspects associated rarity detecting neoplasms given localization. The creation standardized tactics for managing rare tumors correct interpretation research results at diagnostic stage, play important role in improving quality life expectancy patients.
